The notion 'sexual child abuse' refers to the involving of children in any form of sexual acts (visually, verbally or psychologically) by an adult who uses the child or adolescent for sexual stimulation, for themselves or someone else. The child is being obligated, pressured (by violence or deception) to participate in sexual acts which it doesn't fully understand due to age or psychosexual development.
